Map of my day. It could be a book you put on your coffee table or just hang it on the wall as a poster. :)
Map of my day started on a Friday morning with waking up and in order to keep it looking like a traditional day I ended it up with falling asleep. I tried to think outside of a box and not to make it on a piece of paper. Since I was excited about this project I just went with the flow. Even though I did not know where it was going, I was confident something will come to me. I cut out 4x4 squares and started to doodle and glue pictures onto them. After it was done I thought that it would look cool as a poster on the wall, but then it fell on the ground and I realized that it can stand up by itself. This event made me realize that it would look good as a coffee table book as well.
A lot of people have this one spot in their room/ apartment that needs a decoration on it, but every single poster or painting is simply too big. I mapped my day so that people can fill that area without moving their things around. It is not only slim, but also fun and playful. After taking notes for this homework I realized that I drew a lot of linear things on the paper, so I decided to use this concept in my final project. Every essay for an English class seems to be written in a Standard English, so I decided to make it more fun and informal. I used words like: “yas, yas, yas”, instead of simply saying: “yes” or “roomiez” instead of “roommates.” Since I enjoyed it so much I will put it on my wall to remind me that even though I have so much homework and boring things to do, my life is fun as well. At least sometimes.
